Jackson Warren Nicholson, Australian, 49, used a screwdriver to intimidate the receptionist of an English Center in District 3 of Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City before taking VND150 million (US$6,500) and running away.
On January 13, Jackson has been handed over to the police of Ho Chi Minh City for further investigation of his robbery. VNExpress, a local media reports.
Three days ago, the victim, a 41 years old receptionist was checking money on the third floor of Compass English Center in District 3. Then Jackson suddenly snatched the tray of money from the receptionist to pour into his backpack and quickly ran away. The victim shouted, pulled back so Jackson immediately stabbed her by a screwdriver.

Jackson robbed VND150 million (US$6,500) and ran away.
The security team spotted his robbery and chased after him. Jackson was arrested shortly after that and have been handed over to the police station of District 3.
Jackson claimed that he stayed at a hotel in district 1, his passport has been lost and had no money to spend so he robbed the English Center.
