Now you don’t have to worry that you can’t find a taxi when you are late, this feature will help the user to organized their works better and be more active. This is strategic move by Mai Linh in a time where the competition on the market are high.
Meanwhile, “Utilize Map” is a feature that assist the user in area that unidentified on the map can still schedule a booking for a taxi thus they don’t have to choose a nearby location to book.
Furthermore, to further emphasize on the 3 new principles when serving the customers that Mai Linh just announced: “New and clean car, professional driver, easy and quick booking”. The customer can just open the app and choose the type of car they want and a driver will immediately contact them. The user experience on the Mai Linh App had improved as well: modern design, quick access, etc.
