Five more Covid-19 patients being treated at Hanoi’s National Hospital of Tropical Diseases, have recovered, doctors said Saturday.
The patients, four Vietnamese locals and one Danish woman, have been discharged from the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases.They will now be quarantined for two weeks.
The total amount of patients recovered now stands at 225.
As of Friday morning, Vietnam had gone eight straight days clear of new infections. On Friday evening, two new cases were confirmed, both students studying in Japan who returned to Vietnam on April 22.

The country recorded no new case on Saturday.
The Covid-19 pandemic has reached 210 countries and territories with a reported death toll of over 197,700.
