The Covid-19 coronavirus has spread around the planet, sending billions of people into lockdown as health services struggle to cope.
Since first being recorded late last year in China, the Covid-19 coronavirus has spread around the world, and been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. However, differences in testing mean that the number of cases may be understated for some countries.
According to the data from https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/, as of May 07, Bhutan confirmed just 7 cases with 5 patients fully recovered and discharged from hospital. So far, it’s the country with fewest coronavirus cases in Asia while Brunei ranked 10th with total of 139 cased and 01 death reported.
Vietnam ranked at number 12th with 271 case with no death reported. Of the total cases, 232 have recovered and 39 are still under treatment. The latest patients were a British oil expert confirmed on Sunday and two Vietnamese students from Japan confirmed on April 24, who were all quarantined upon entering the country.

As the global death toll from the coronavirus pandemic exceeds 250,000, two tiny nations stand out with the lowest fatality rates among countries who are experiencing major outbreaks.
In Qatar and Singapore, the death count is less than 0.1% of reported infections. In Singapore, where total cases have surged to one of the highest in Asia as it grapples with outbreaks in foreign-worker dormitories, a 102-year-old woman recovered from the virus and was discharged from hospital over the weekend.
